Dear Valued Customers, Associates & Affiliates,
We, The Good Food People at Ram’s, remain deeply committed to keeping you safe as we stay keenly abreast of the constantly evolving local, regional and global situations with regard to the novel Coronavirus (Covid-19). We’re taking this seriously, and we want you to know that your health is kept pinned at the top of our priority list.
To inform and guide the way we operate we keep consistently connected to The St. Kitts & Nevis Ministry of Health and The National Emergency Operations Center (NEOC). We continue to stay in full compliance with the Statutory Rules and Orders issued under the Emergency Powers Act. Regulations and protocols applicable to our Business continue to be maintained in order to ensure we nurture a safe shopping environment with the highest standards possible.
Kindly note that we have therefore implemented the following policies and protocols across all our locations in St. Kitts & Nevis, which aim to uphold optimal health and safety for everyone:
-
All staff and customers must wear a mask in our stores and offices at all times. The mask must cover both the nose and mouth.
-
Hand sanitizers (containing at least 70% alcohol) in dispensers have been placed at all entry, exit and contact points in our stores. These must be used by both our staff and customers.
-
Social distancing must be practiced at all times. Please stay at least 6 feet apart while shopping with us. Markers have been placed on our floors to guide our customers’ spacing while at check-out.
-
The frequency of the sanitation of all surfaces in our stores and offices has been significantly increased.
-
Alternative, contact-less shopping options have also been introduced to reduce traffic in stores. We encourage our customers to consider shopping online via www.RamsToGo.com to have their groceries delivered to their doorsteps or to pick them up curbside at our Sugar Bay, Frigate Bay location.
We encourage everyone to stay informed and continue to be vigilant as we push through this pandemic. Please join with us in taking proper precautions to safeguard your personal health and the well-being of others. Remember, we’re all in this together, and though we have always taken great pride in ensuring your experience with us is a safe and positive one, we must all do our part to protect ourselves, our friends, our families, our neighbors, our communities, our Federation, our region, our world.
Shop safe.
