POSITION: SALES CLERK (NEVIS)

GENERAL OVERVIEW

The Sales Clerk is responsible for assisting the needs of all Customers by providing price checks, taking product orders, informing of product availability, and making product suggestions when necessary. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

​

• Interact with Customers to inquire about goods needed, price checks, product availability, product orders, etc.

• Informing Customers of new product availability and products that are restocked.

• Make suggestions of similar products or offer product substitutions.

• Offer exceptional Customer service. 

• Ensure Customers receive all goods in a timely manner.

• Other duties that may be assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A minimum of 2 years’ working experience.  

• Excellent written and communication skills.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Customer service oriented.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Exhibits a positive work ethic with great attention to detail.

POSITION: SALES REPRESENTATIVE

​

GENERAL OVERVIEW

 

The Sales Representative is responsible for nurturing customer relationships by servicing Customer accounts in market.

​

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

​

The Sales Representative tasks include (but not limited) to the following:

• Informing Customers of new product availability.

• Taking orders in person and via phone.

• Meeting sales targets and maintaining sales records. 

• Identify, contact, and build relationships with prospective Customers. 

​

REQUIREMENTS:

​

• A minimum of 2 years’ sales experience in the Food & Service Industry. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Customer service oriented.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced mobile work environment.

• Exhibits a positive work ethic with great attention to detail.

• Must be a self-starter and self-motivated.

• Valid driver’s license.
