POSITION: TRUCK DRIVER
GENERAL OVERVIEW
The Truck Driver is responsible for delivering and transporting goods to Consumers. The Driver must ensure that all goods are transported and delivered safely to all Consumers.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Ensure delivery trucks are loaded for daily deliveries.
-
Ensure the correct items are delivered to the correct Customers and in good condition.
-
Collect payment from the Customers and ensure its accuracy.
-
Safeguard all goods while on delivery.
-
Make certain trucks are properly parked, locked and goods are secured.
-
Operate trucks responsibly; not recklessly.
-
Capable of lifting heavy items.
-
Other duties which may be assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
-
High School Diploma.
-
5 years driving experience.
-
Valid Driver’s license.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Strong organizational and time management skills.
-
Be able to effectively work in a team environment.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
POSITION: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
GENERAL OVERVIEW
The Customer Service Representative will assist Customers with any products/services needed and handles any Customer interactions for the Company.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-
Engage with Customers and offer general assistance about items needed for purchase.

Advise/instruct Employees on the best ways to handle Sales/Customers.
-
Interface with Supermarket Management on Employees, product sales/promotions, and other operational matters.
-
Organize department scheduling.
-
Direct the coordination of the carry-out service for Customers with high volume and heavy purchases.
-
Monitor the checkout stations to ensure all stations are properly staffed and Customer lines are moving swiftly.
-
Monitor and approve all transaction overrides with the access key/card.
-
Other duties which may be assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:

Associate degree in Business Management.

3 years’ working experience in a supervisory position.

POSITION: SALES REPRESENTATIVE
GENERAL OVERVIEW
The Sales Representative is responsible for nurturing customer relationships by servicing Customer accounts in market.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Sales Representative tasks include (but not limited) to the following:

Informing Customers of new product availability.

Taking orders in person and via phone.
-
Meeting sales targets and maintaining sales records.
-
Identify, contact, and build relationships with prospective Customers.
REQUIREMENTS:

A minimum of 2 years’ sales experience in the Food & Service Industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Strong organizational and time management skills.
-
Customer service oriented.
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced mobile work environment.

Exhibits a positive work ethic with great attention to detail.

Must be a self-starter and self-motivated.

POSITION: FINANCE OFFICER
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Finance Officer prepares and maintains accounting documents, reconciles account balances and issue statements. This position offers a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in the Finance Department.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Finance Officer duties include (but not limited to) the following:

Reconcile Daily Sales and update journals in the applicable accounting software.

Prepare Bank reconciliation for various bank accounts.
-
Verify the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.
-
Maintain accounting documents and records.
-
Compile data and prepare a variety of reports.
-
Reconcile records with vendor(s)/supplier(s) statements.
-
Reconcile Customer’s account balances and issue statements.
-
Communicate with Customers on delinquent accounts receivables account.
-
Preparation of Petty Cash Analysis.
-
Conduct various internal audit functions with the organization.
-
Provide monthly AR reports to the Management Accountant.
-
Recommend actions to resolve discrepancies.
-
Conduct Customer surveys.
-
Assist in various internal control metrics.
-
Assist in the maintenance on the administrative inventory throughout all the Stores.
REQUIREMENTS:
-
An understanding of Accounting/Book-keeping concepts.
-
Formal educational training in Accounting (either completed or currently pursuing).
-
Experience in an Accounting environment would be an asset.
-
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
